PRI / Nadcap is Seeking Qualified Consultant Auditors, Course Developers and Course Instructors
 
The continued growth of the Performance Review Institute has resulted in a need for the following additional highly qualified personnel:
 
Special Process Auditors:These contract positions involve auditing the special process suppliers of the aerospace industry for the Nadcap program.
Course Instructors:These contract positions involve teaching course material to groups of students through PRI’s Professional Development programs: eQuaLearn, eQuaLified and eQuaLPrep.
Course Developers:These contract positions involve developing course material for the classes which form part of PRI’s Professional Development programs: eQuaLearn, eQuaLified and eQuaLPrep.

Currently, Nadcap is seeking aerospace auditors and PRI is seeking course developers/course instructors with multi-industry experience (Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, Nuclear, Oil/Gas, etc.) in the Americas, Europe and Asia with specific experience in the following disciplines:
Chemical Processing Electronics Nondestructive Testing
Coatings Fluids Non-Metallic Materials Testing and Manufacturing
Composites Heat Treat Sealant
Conventional Machining Materials Testing Surface Enhancement
Elastomer Seals Nonconventional Machining Welding
Course Development Course Instruction

PRI Auditors, Course Developers, and Course Instructors are hired as Consultants. Consultants are not eligible for benefits from PRI. (e.g., Healthcare, 401K, Dental, etc.)

Auditors work for PRI traveling to various locations to perform audits, complete audit reports, review corrective actions and to train associate auditors. PRI auditors are located all over the Americas, Europe and Asia and perform services from their current residence or work place. Some auditors perform 15-20 audits per year and some auditors perform 35-40 audits per year. You are not guaranteed a certain number of audits per year. Nadcap Auditor Training is conducted each year. This training is usually held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Course Developers work for PRI developing classroom material in a logical arrangement for student comprehension and perform services from their current residence or work place.

Course Instructors work for PRI traveling to various locations to teach courses.

PRI pays for the Consultant's traveling and living expenses including airfare, rental car, hotel, etc. Consultants receive a base compensation for all work performed and have the ability to earn more based on experience and performance.
